अब आप ही बताइए आप तो दिल्ली में आप सरकार जहां स्वयं माननीय अरविन्द केजरीवाल मुख्यमंत्री है के द्वारा इनमे से कौन सा काम किया है ???

1. दिल्ली के हर घर में रोजगार दिया या चलता रोजगार भी बंद करवा दिया अपनी छवि को विज्ञापन में दुनियां मे चमकाने के लिए,

2. 6 महीने में एक लाख नौकरी, क्या बात है । दिल्ली में 6 साल में कॉन्ट्रैक्ट कर्मचारियों को जो स्वयं मुख्यमंत्री होते हुए पक्का ना कर सका, कानून होते हुए और ना ही सामान वेतन दे पाया और ना ही 6 वर्ष में एक भी नौकरी दे पाया वह माननीय उत्तराखण्ड में सरकार बनाते ही 6 महीने में 1 लाख नौकरी दे देगे ?

3. रोजगार मिलने तक हर महीने रूपी 5000 भता, क्या बात आज तक जो सरकार घोषणा करके बहुत छोटी सी गिनती वाले पारा ट्रांजिट वाहन चालकों को एक बार भी रूपी 5000 नही दे पा रही और नए नए बहाने रोज बता रही है वह वहा सरकार बनते ही रूपी 5000 का भता हर महीने देगी, यहां आप की जानकारी के लिए एक और महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी दे दे की उत्तराखण्ड सरकार ने भारत सरकार द्वारा घोषणा होने से भी पहले वहा के परिवहन क्षेत्र से जुड़े सभी व्यक्तियों को रोड टैक्स माफ़ और अन्य सहायता दी थी जो दिल्ली की सरकार ने किसी को भी नहीं दी। वह पार्टी यह घोषणा कर रही है की वहा सरकार बनते ही हर महीने भता देगी तो दिल्ली की जनता को 6 साल से क्यो नही दिया और कोरोना काल मे जो अन्य राज्यो की सरकार द्वारा छुट दी गई उसे फंड ना होने का बहाना बना कर देने से क्यो इंकार किया ?

4. नौकरियो में उत्तराखंडियो के लिए 80/ आरक्षण, उतराखंड में सरकार बनाने के लिए यह घोषणा तो इतने सालो मे दिल्ली में एक भी नौकरी क्यो नही निकाली और दिल्ली वासियों के लिए 80 प्रतिशत आरक्षण क्यों घोषित नही किया ?

5. जॉब पोर्टल बनाया जायेगा, जब नौकरी निकालनी ही नहीं तो जॉब पोर्टल बनाने या ना बनाने का क्या अर्थ ?

6. रोजगार और पलायन मामलो का अलग मंत्रालय, इसका अर्थ सरकार बनने से पहले ही जनता को सिद्ध कर रहें है कि आप पार्टी की सरकार बनने के बाद पलायन यानी शहर छोड़ कर जाना क्योंकि वहा भी दिल्ली की तरह बाहरी लोगों को वहा के वासियों से भी अधिक तादाद में वोटर बना दिया जाएगा,

यह तो सही है कि कुछ बाते तो बिलकुल सही कही है, पर उतराखड की भोली भाली जनता उसका सही अर्थ समझ पाएगी, यह बड़ा सवाल है ?

दिल्ली परिवहन विभाग ने कोरोना काल में चालान होने पर बंद किए गए वाहनों को पार्किंग शुल्क से माफी दे दी है।

अब जिन परिवहन मालिको के वाहन ट्रांसपोर्ट विभाग के किसी भी पिट में खडे है और उसपर कितना भी पार्किंग शुल्क बन रहा हों उसे छोड़ दिया जाएगा।

ज्वाइंट ट्रेड यूनियन एक्शन कमेटी, ऑटो टैक्सी चालक और मालिको के साथ टोलवा अध्यक्ष इस आदेश को जारी करने के लिए परिवहन आयुक्त आशीष कुंद्रा जी का तहे दिल से धन्यवाद करतें हैं।

इस आदेश के जारी होने से बहुत से ऑटो टैक्सी और मालवाहक गाड़ी वाले मोटे ब्याज पर पैसा लेंने से और ब्याज देने वालों के चंगुल में फसने से बच जाएंगे और अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण कर पाएंगे।

सिर पर गांधी टोपी पहने,

भ्रष्टों के कारनामे बांच रहे है
भ्रष्टाचार पर नाच रहे है,
क्या खूब

गली गली से
रामलीला तक
`मैं अन्ना हूँ`
का अजब तमाशा है।
पर लेन देन ही भ्रष्टाचार है

यह प्रण है हमारा –
हम `जनता` के नाम पर
असंवैधानिक आचरण चलने नहीं देंगे

हाँ, हम उठ खड़े होंगे
चीखेंगे और चिल्लायेंगे
कि हमें हमारा लोकतंत्र चाहिए

कि हम निर्भीक होकर
खुली हवा मे सांस लेना चाहते है,
हमंे मजबूर मत करो,

जन लोकपाल के नाम पर मत भरमाओं,
हम जानते है
एक कानून नहीं बदल सकता है
देश की तकदीर
लोकपाल नहीं मिटा सकता है
भ्रष्टाचार
क्योंकि भ्र ष्टाचार तो
इन चतुर सयानों के दिमागों में है
इनकी वर्ण व्यवस्था, जाति प्रथा
और पुरातन संहिताओं में है।
हम उस भ्रष्टाचार से सदियों से सन्तप्त है
उसके अत्याचार, उत्पीड़न और अत्याचार से त्रस्त है

कभी नहीं बोले –
छुआछूत पर,
दलितों पर हो रहे अत्याचारों
के विरूद्ध,
आदिवासियों के विस्थापन के खिलाफ,

क्या क्या गिनाऊं
क्या यह भी कहूँकि आपके ही आदर्श गांव रालेगण सिद्धि में
दलितों को
क्यों नहीं मिल पाया सामाजिक न्याय
और आपके ही राज्य में
आत्महत्या करने वाले लाखों किसानों को,
क्यों नहीं बचा पाये ?
तीन साल की एक बच्ची
जो नहीं समझती
कि `जनलोकपाल` क्या है ?
और क्या है भ्र ष्टाचार ?
उसका तो अनशन तुड़वाकर
खूब बटोरे गये बाइटस मीडिया पर

ग्यारह बरस से अनशन पर बैठी

आपकोें अपनी बेटी नहीं लगताी,
उसका अनशन कौन तुड़वायेगा,
इन सब पर कब सोचेंगे आप

PRESS FREEDOM WILL ORGANIZE BLACK DAY ON 18 JUNE

New Delhi: ‘Press Freedom (PF)’, a combat arm of media, will organise a nationwide Black Day on 18th of June to lodge protest against rising attacks on journalists all over the country.
Giving this information, Ajay Kumar Pandey, Sr. Journalist and Convener of Press Freedom, said “the forum demanded one crore rupees as compensation for the family of bereaved journalist Dey”.
It also demands, gun license for journalists, who are facing threat, without mandatory verification. PF, also demands job for the family members of Dey and other journalists who all were murdered in recent past, which include Shusil Pathak, Dainik Bhaskar, Bilaspur, and Umesh Rajput, Nai Duniya, Raipur.
It was also decided that on 18th June, PF will organize a countrywide Black Day and dharnas at each and every district headquarters in the country.
In Delhi, the PF will organize a day long fast at Jantar Mantar to press for its demands.
On 18th of June all journalists will assemble at Jantar Mantar to demonstrate against this brutal act. To express their anger they will also tie black ribbon and will keep a day long fast. According to Mr Pandey, the forum has informed the Additional Commissioner of Police, New Delhi district, regarding this fast and demonstration.
He appeals all journalists to assemble at Jantar Mantar and participate in fast, dharna and demonstration. The forum would also take up the case of torture and illegal detention of Kapil Sharma, journalist of Business Standard, Delhi and an IAS aspirant, by Delhi Police. Sharma was forced to third degree torture on intervening night of 11 & 12 June 2011.

ON 01-07-10 Transport Department of Delhi allow replacement of buses upon order of honorable high court of Delhi with a tricky manners,
they issued order that the operators are allow to replace there buses with urban bus specifications,
whereas in Delhi not a single bus supplier have or have a knowledge when they are allow to sold these type of buses in Delhi.
willingly they shows to honorable high court that they obey the direction but in other hand they stop and control on replacement of buses on stage carriage permits,
the way they stop / closed the replacement, its provide complete hardships to the citizen of Delhi,

In his meeting with COT they provide proof for that the buses you allow to replace is not readily available with manufactures, then from where we got these for replace our buses
they cleared to COT that the cost which manufacture feel to announce is higher

They request to COT please intervene and give justice to private operators and service to commuters

TRANSPORT COMMISSIONER PROVIDE DIRECTION IN INTREST OF RAISED FATALITIES ON ROADS OF NCT OF DELHI

Transport Operators and Labour Welfare Association of Delhi (Regd.) fill his objection on direction issued by COMMISSIONER TRANSPORT of NCT of Delhi that issued permits on routes where no vacancies pending by list of S.T.A. due to settled the operators phased out by S.T.A. BY The Direction of Delhi Govt., Delhi Govt. issued direction to stop all city bus servicies from NCR VISION AREA NOIDA, more then 250 private busses and 200 DTC busses are plying on noida vision.

Transport Commissioner direct to S.T.A. that they provide them permits for the routes which they preferd may be vacancies are available or not. The direction provide direct compition on roads and deffinatly converts in FATALITIES.

Without think about the loss of lifes of human COMMISSIONER TRANSPORT of Delhi issued direction in the favour of some crazy operators and even MINISTER TRANSPORT of NCT of DELHI, SECRETARY TO MINISTER ARE ALSO INVOLVED IN THIS DIRECTION.

TRANSPORT OPERATORS AND LABOUR WELFARE ASSOCIATION OF DELHI(REGD.) OBJECT ON IT AND SUBMIT HIS MEMORANDUM TO CHIEF MINISTER, LT. GOVERNOR , AND TO COMMISSIONER TRANSPORT AGAINST THE DIRECTION AND REQUST TO RE CONSIDER UPON DIRECTION WHICH PROVIDE VERY BIG LOSS OF HUMAN LIFES IN THE CITY OF DELHI.

OF NCT OF DELHI FOR DECLAIRED PHASED OUT SCHEME OF BLUE LINE BUSSES THATS ONLY COMPITION AND HIGHER RATE OF FATALITIES COUNTED BY BLUE LINE BUSSES, NOW COMMISSIONER TRANSPORT , MINISTER TRANSPORT AND SECRETARY TO MINISTER ARE DIRECTLY TRY TO MORE FATALITIES ON ROAD BY BLUE LINE BUSSES.

THEY REQUEST AND DEMAND THAT DIRECTION MUST BE TAKEN BACK WITHOUT IT TRANSPORT OPERATORS AND LABOUR WELFARE ASSOCIATION OF DELHI (REGD.) PROTEST ON ROADS AGAINST IT.

Delhi Govt. stopped city services in NCR area

Last week Delhi Govt. annouced to stopped city sevices IN NOIDA which was in service from last 20 yrs., When U.P. govt. annouced to Developed a commercial area near Delhi , the service of BUSSES as city services plied on the fare of city service Rate.
Now before Two month Central Govt. annouced N.C.R. area, with full swing services of busses and other transportation as city. NOW in opposite all Delhi Govt. stopped city service from NOIDA, without any reasonable reason. whearas now its duty of both govt. to start more services on the routes of NCR.
WHEN we TRANSPORT OPERATORS and LABOUR WELFARE ASSOCIATION of DELHI (REGD.) point out Transport Department of NCT of Delhi replied its a direction of Minister Transport and they shows it to public as they start phase out blue lines from roads, as they annouced earlier,
Now there is two QUTION which required clarification but no one is ready to provide:-
1. Why Delhi Govt. start phased out blue line servvices from NOIDA only,
2. If it is under fhased out Scheme then why Transport Dept. issued Delhi Routes Permit to Those operators?
3. Why Delhi Govt. start to take fare of INTERSTATE service on DTC busses which are still on services?
Now the days Delhi Govt. provide all ILLEAGL direction proper in TRANSPORT as policies,
we TRANSPORT OPERATORS and LABOUR WELFARE of DELHI (REGD.) REQUEST TO ALL CITIZEN OF NCR COME AND DEMAND REPLY FROM STATE GOVT. WHY THEY STOPPED CITY SERVICES FROM NOIDA, COME AND SHAKE YOUR HANDS WITH US FOR THIS SOCIAL NEED.
