Secretary, Shri Govind Ram Dy.Secretary, STA were present. The reply is still awaited. It means the matter discussed in the meeting has not been taken seriously.
In the meeting Mr. Bathla Clarified that the minutes of meeting of S.T.A. Board held on 15 09 2014 are not declared as discussed Finalized and Directed by Members of S.T.A., they shows documentary proofs to prove their request / appeal
1. Photocopies of public notice no. F. 10(63)/MISC/AS/STA/Tpt/2012/ ….. for objection / suggestion from public against the requested by operators for extension ,change in via or change of route by STA in pursuance to the resolution no. 16/2013 & 17/2013 dated 12.08.2013.
2. Photocopy of order dated 03.06.2014 No. F.10(63)MISC/AS/STA/Tpt/2012/205 subject :- CONSTITUTION OF COMMITTEE FOR EXAMINING/ RATIONALIZATION OF ROUTES,
3. Photocopy of Objection against the Report of Committee submitted to the Competent Authority due to Objections made by the members of the Committee were overlooked
4. Photocopy of list send to the Delhi Tr. Police. for suggestions and recommendations,
5. Photocopies of reply/suggestion /recommendation of Traffic Police vide letter no 7226/TE(D-11)/TRAFFIC
6. Photocopies of minutes of meeting of STA held on 15.09.2014, Resolution no 11/2014(ii)- Mini Bus Private Stage Carriages / Maxi Cabs of S.T. A: – S.T.A. considered the requests and decided to approve route modifications subject to the report of Delhi Police from the traffic congestion point of view.
Final List of routes declared publicly as approved /direction / order of STA upon the applications of different route operators for extension, modification, changed or change of via of mini buses and maxi cabs declared as minutes of meeting are not as per direction / order issued by S.T.A. and the report of Delhi Police Traffic.
Mr. Bathla requested to
1. Grants permits to operators as S.T.A Approved / Directed / Instructed as per Resolution no 11/2014(ii),
2. Inquire how the list was changed without information to S.T.A.
3. Who directed to change the list after the direction /order of S.T.A.?
This be treated as most urgent as the same is required
