Governor of NCT of Delhi, Chief Minister of Delhi, Minister of Finance, Transport & Chief Secretary by memorandum that State Transport Authority of NCT of Delhi provide Wrong, Ill eagle & Unlawful Decision with Malefid intention against the Principal of Natural Justice and defined that Govt. of NCT of Delhi should not escape the responsibility of resettlement of displaced person along with International Standard Bus Services to the citizen of NCT of Delhi.
In his memorandum they clarify that we are working as NGO from last five years for Road Safety, Smooth & Disciplined Operation of Buses on Roads of NCT of Delhi. They clarify that we are repeatedly acknowledging to higher authorities about the gap in ground realities and working of Transport Department. Due to this gap Disciplined operation of Busses could not be achieved by any scheme and they clarified that by despite of verbal appreciation no sincere efforts have been taken by Transport Department, or Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
In next they defined that we are whistle blowers against the corruption and irregularities in the system and we already made various representations in writing and in person at all levels and channels.
In final they directory blamed and defined that Despite of learning lesson from previous mistakes done by STA is hiding fuss under the carpet, Thus Transport Department is running away from sharing the responsibility of DEATH of Hundreds of innocent people on Roads of NCT of Delhi. They informed that Defective Planning and Haphazard Implementation of Delhi Govt. RUIN EMPLOYMENT of 2.55 Lack persons and individuals investment of Rs. 500 Cr ores. whereas public operators himself presented one full solute scheme and Transport Department fall all in vain in vested interest without verified.
In their memorandum they request that in the Interest of Justice and Livelihood of 2.5 lack persons and their family members who are depending on this only for their BREAD & BUTTER Vary and provide justice.

Transport dept. NCT of DELHI_INDIA, provide wrong, illegal and unlawful decission with malefid intention against the principal of natural justice with full support of DELHI GOVT.

Bus operators and staff are also citizen of NCT of DELHI, Fatalities are not only happend on roads by them, but transport dept. in malefid intention shifted only on them.

Transport dept. and Delhi Govt. want to hand over all city service to Multi national companies. Multi national companies will be eligible to get financial assistance and support price(SUBSIDY) from various urban renewal funds and infrastructure funds to complete project.

Without formulate any policy of resettlement of existing busses and persons to be un employed in the phasingout process / policy which is mandatory requirment of all projects getting concessions / finacee / support price from urboan rennnewal fund and / or infrastructure project????

Transport department and DIMTS has started phasing out of BLUE LINE BUSES, to hand over the city bus system to MULTI NATIONAL COMPANIES. where as 2.5 lac persons employed in blue line operation, without formulated policy of resettlement of existing busses and persons to be unemployed in the phasing out process/policy. Which is the Mendatory requirment of all projects getting concessions/finace/support price from URBAN RENEWAL FUND and / or INFASTRUCTURE PROJECT.??? Is the way adopt DELHI GOVT. IS right and legal????

Delhi Govt. announced to remove Blue line Buses

Delhi Govt. annouced that due to fatalities on road, Blue line Bus service be change shortly and all buses which are plying on roads of NCT of Delhi on stage carriege permits declair as BLUE LINE removed. Delhi Govt. before convert this service into the hands of others raised Fare. IS it in public intrest or Govt. play game with citizen of NCT of Delhi. GOVERNMENT of NCT of DELHI, Should not escape responsibility of RESETTLMENT of displaced persons along with showing international standard bus services to the citizens of NCT of Delhi.
