Directions not issued for Badge on Lmv Lincese,

I Sanjay Bathla request to all Respected Media Person, NGOs and all of you help and Co operat me for justice.

Why Minister Transport not directed to officers of Transport Department for issuing Badge on Private LMV License which is mendotary for Driving commercial passanger vehicle for Driver under permit condition after receiving advisory from Morth and on that Notification issued by Delhi Traffic Police on a order by Special Bench of Honourable Supreme Court of India in a Case ?

Is Honourable Minister not like to accept Directions of Honourable Supreme Court of India and Morth ?

On the base of advisory received from Morth Transport Department issued directions for not endorsed any endorsement in Lmv Lincese to all branches where license issued / endorsed or renewed in NCT of Delhi but till date not issue directions for issuing badge on Lmv Lincese.

Being all Drivers who wants to ply commercial Light Passengers vehicle are in problem because commercial Light vehicle License is stopped and badge are not start on Lmv Lincese due to negligence .

Minister Transport may reply why they not directed and taken action till date for Public and Drivers who like to plying Commercial Passengers vehicle for their employment ?????

Is it true that Honourable Minister neglected due to they himself don’t like to accept the directions / orders / advisory issued by Honourable Supreme Court of India, Honourable High Court of Delhi and Morth????

MINISTER TRANSPORT DELHI PROVIDE ANSWER

1. Who Requested or Demanding Zero Permits for Echo Friendly Scheme Vehicles to Minister Transport for They Directed to issue Zero Permits ?

2. Why STA Board members not discussing on all cases and discussed only on few cases of Route Change application?

3. Why STA Board Members ignored objection on One Route change application and allowing change of Route and directed for accepting objection on others Application ?without verified or discussion?

4. Why Secretary STA and Special Commissioner Transport refused to ignoring similar type of objection on others application of change of Route

5. Why STA Board Members allow to restore one permit whereas many other operators want to restored there laps Permits?

6. Why Minister Transport directed to put up only one case of Route change in STA Board and Refused to others ?

7. Why Minister Transport not allowed (Affected Party) passanger operators of different scheme as Member in Route Rationalize Committee ?

8. Why Minister Transport provide time to operators and association who are directly belongs with Aap Party and ignored to others for their hurdles?
