Delhi Govt. stopped city services in NCR area

Last week Delhi Govt. annouced to stopped city sevices IN NOIDA which was in service from last 20 yrs., When U.P. govt. annouced to Developed a commercial area near Delhi , the service of BUSSES as city services plied on the fare of city service Rate.
Now before Two month Central Govt. annouced N.C.R. area, with full swing services of busses and other transportation as city. NOW in opposite all Delhi Govt. stopped city service from NOIDA, without any reasonable reason. whearas now its duty of both govt. to start more services on the routes of NCR.
WHEN we TRANSPORT OPERATORS and LABOUR WELFARE ASSOCIATION of DELHI (REGD.) point out Transport Department of NCT of Delhi replied its a direction of Minister Transport and they shows it to public as they start phase out blue lines from roads, as they annouced earlier,
Now there is two QUTION which required clarification but no one is ready to provide:-
1. Why Delhi Govt. start phased out blue line servvices from NOIDA only,
2. If it is under fhased out Scheme then why Transport Dept. issued Delhi Routes Permit to Those operators?
3. Why Delhi Govt. start to take fare of INTERSTATE service on DTC busses which are still on services?
Now the days Delhi Govt. provide all ILLEAGL direction proper in TRANSPORT as policies,
we TRANSPORT OPERATORS and LABOUR WELFARE of DELHI (REGD.) REQUEST TO ALL CITIZEN OF NCR COME AND DEMAND REPLY FROM STATE GOVT. WHY THEY STOPPED CITY SERVICES FROM NOIDA, COME AND SHAKE YOUR HANDS WITH US FOR THIS SOCIAL NEED.

LIFE OF CITIZEN OF NCT of DELHI

In a month more then six low floor busses burned on duty of stage carriage service on roads of NCT of Delhi when they are plying on differ routes with full of passenger.

If a private blue line bus burned on duty ,many agencies provide many type of question but now international standred DTC BUSSES burned every agency are slept , even Delhi Govt. was not intrusted to take any strict action.

Honourable High Court of NCT of Delhi provide a strict direction in cr. writ 878/2007 to Delhi Govt. that blue line busses are involved in fatalities so service of blue line busses must be stopped as early as possible and Delhi Govt. filled affitdevit when and how they stopped/closed scheme of blue line busses.
in this Transport Operators and Labour Welfare Association of Delhi filled one RTI in Transport Dept. to confirm that what is blue line scheme and when it was launched or notified. in reply of Transport Dept. there is no scheme was launched or notified by name of blue line.
Now our question is when no scheme launched or notified by name of blue line then Honourable High Court issued Direction/ order for Whom ?
Transport Operators and Labour Welfare Association of Delhi (Regd.) decide it through Honourable High Court of NCT of Delhi by fill a writ civil for clarification that for whom that order/ direction was issued?

Govt. sleep and crores of public fund burned in the face of low floor busses regularly,

Last year Delhi Govt. purchased International Standerd Low Floor Busses with Maintaince agreement from the compny at very higher rates after ignored many objection raised by experts.
Now in a week days four busses were burned due to ignorance in maintaince by compny due to no duty / claimed fixed in agreement of maintaince. For this type of mistake who is responsible?
Transport Operators and Labour Welfare Association of Delhi (Regd.) provide queries upon it and point out that Minister of Transport take responsibilty and provide their resignation within immidiate effect , Our question is it is not the duty of Minister of Transport that they accept their fault for waist of crores of rupees of public fund and risk for the life of innocent citizen of NCT of Delhi?
